Estupendo The hostess was friendly and responsive. When we reported troubles with the wi-fi, she fixed the problem by creating a new extension to the property's network. Subsequently, it worked flawlessly.

Very difficult to check-in or get the key, very inconvenient .
The room ok, shower looks clean but mold or mildew on the ground line. Every day you get 2 paper cup, if you use them or dirty them next morning you don’t have cup for your coffee, there no other cups to use in the room.
Would never come back.

The Vatican Plaza was a great stay and an excellent location - a short walk to the Vatican and right off the Ottaviano metro stop. The room was recently renovated and in excellent condition - would happily stay here again! The Vatican Plaza is not a "traditional" hotel, but rather a group of private rooms in an apartment building - this did not come across to me while booking but I had no issues with it.

Proprietor Marina was SO pleasant, accommodating, and helpful! The property itself was clean, cute, quiet, and conveniently located. Despite its old-timey charm, the tiny cage elevator was a bit inconvenient for our group of 6; but this was only a minor flaw. Overall, a great stay!

Fantástico This is the perfect location to visit St. Peter's, Vatican, etc. Nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, grocery store, and metro.
Marina was very helpful, especially when our taxi to train, was in the wrong location and we needed help to get another one to make our train.
Although this is an affluent area of Rome, always wear your backpack in FRONT of you. I was pickpocketed at night and fortunately only lost an inexpensive jacket.

Check in was difficult for this property. It's not an actual hotel, it's a studio in a residential apartment building with very little signage indicating the property. No check in instructions or contact info to reach property manager was provided and I didn't know what to do when I arrived. I had to stand outside and wait for a resident to help me figure out what to do. The phone number on the small sign on the building is incorrect.

Arrived a 1/2 hour early for our scheduled check-in time but was able to check in without an issue. City tax is collected at check-in (€3.50/person per night) is cash only. Stayed in the family room (queen & 2 twins). Room was clean but a little dated and didn’t look anything like the pictures of the rooms featured. Overall our stay was great but a little confusing on who to call if there is an issue and for check out prior to the office opening at 2pm.
Close to some great restaurants and gelato.
Great place to stay if going to Vatican (10 min walk) but it is at least a 40+ min to Colosseum, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain.

EstupendoPara ocio
The property is great and with easy access to the St Peter’s Basilica, the Metro, taxis. Cafes and restaurants. I would recommend to anyone.
