Estupendo
I loved the room and the view. The breakfast was great, although busy. Unfortunately the shower leaked from the bottom every time.

Overall great hotel however there were loud kids on street between 3:00am-5:00am on river view side of hotel, disrupted our sleep.

Fantástico
The Charles Bridge Palace is in an excellent location in the heart of Prague. The hotel is palatial and the staff went out of there way to welcome us, and assist us in getting to all our tours and making arrangements to the airport on our departure. The breakfast buffet was incredible; it puts our U.S. hotels to shame. I wish we had a chance to stay longer, Prague is a wonderful city and the staff here made us feel right at home!

The hotel is in a great location but if you have a room at the front with a river view it is extremely noisy. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning didn't work in our room or hotel for our entire 4 night stay. Not good in very hot weather. There was no communication about when it would work.

Me alojé con mi familia

The location truly couldn't be beat! Just steps away from the Charles Bridge and a pleasant, short walk to the Astronomical Clock and Old Town Square. Despite being housed in a historic building, the hotel was impeccably clean and the rooms were surprisingly spacious and it’s 2 levels which gave my daughter some privacy!

Me alojé con niños

The reason I give three stars is because the AC was not working. I had read from other reviewers that AC was not working, but they were older reviews, that means the AC was never fixed. The AC is needed during this heat. The staff tried to help by letting us the mini-bar for free, which is appreciated, but the AC is needed. Also, the hotel is right next to a nightclub, which it gets really loud at night, they don’t close until 5 a.m. so it will be hard to get any sleep. I would not stay at this place anymore.
