Great location inside the walled old town. Everything walking distance. We are a family of five and the 2 bedroom suite was ideal. AC was great to have in the hot summer. Staff very helpful. We had to park a car and while tight, we had no issues.

It was a great walkable distance to the beach to the pier and to all the restaurants and convenience stores and the bazaar it was in a perfect location. I loved the queen honeymoon suite it was very lovely. The staff was amazingly great and sweet and very professional. I was a little bit of skeptical because of some of the negative reviews, but trust me everyone was super nice and everything was at perfect timing. The transportation arrived just in time overall spectacular thank you so much.

As we were travelling by car to the hotel we spoke to the hotel about parking. The staff were very helpful indeed. On arrival, once again the staff were very professional and parked my car for me. The check in was smooth. Our room near the main reception was excellent. Very clean and all facilities you would expect. The bar on site was very good as was the pool area. Although the breakfast area was located around the corner it was a pleasant walk. The breakfast itself is fantastic. Varied every day with both hot and cold food/drinks. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The location of the hotel us also fantastic. A short walk from the tram stops and the same to the bus routes. We will definitely use this hotel again. Many thanks Kev and Deb

Clean room and friendly staff, Out of season so hotel was quiet - easy walking distance to rest of town

Lots of noise, people after midnight literally sitting right next to the door and talking for 2-3 hours until 3 4am. no peace

Our hotel room was like an apartment - 2 rooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchenette. It had lots of mirrors - traveling on all girls trip and having plenty of mirrors was awesome. The location was very convenient with lots of shops and dining options. The only problem I had was breakfast which was little bit away from the property in a different restaurant. Overall a good experience.

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast was also nice. I would stay here again and highly recommend it!

Remain a fan of Delight Deluxe. Warm, welcoming venue in the heart of Kaleici and great value for money. My only piece of constructive feedback would be done spend an additional £8 for breakfast. It's simply not worth it. Asked for an Americano and was told this would be extra £ on top. Directed to a jar of Nescafé. Disappointed.

The location was great, but the room was disappointing. It was situated under the house, and the constant noise from the cleaner coming and going was quite disruptive. Although the room was booked for two, only amenities for one person were provided, as the cleaner seemed to assume there was no second guest. The check-in process and communication were okay. Laundry service was expensive, but breakfast was perfect.
