Such a beautiful, historic apartment right in the city center! Super cozy and homey. We loved our stay!

Location and historical building. Nice host.

We loved our stay in Irina's apartment. The space is small, but it is perfectly appointed for two people and feels very homey. The air conditioning worked great, and it was cool to stay in such an old building. We loved that we were right in the centre of the old palace and it really felt like living in Split for a few days. We would love to stay here again!

Our stay in Split was excellent, and the apartment was just what we wanted. It was centrally located within the old city, and the restoration work inside the building to retain old stone walls in the suite added a special feel. Our host was phenomenal and showed that she wanted us to enjoy our stay. The one unique feature of the suite is the shower, but once you got used to pulling the curtain around you, it was just fine. We highly recommend.

The apartment, although compact in the living area, has quite a large and comfortable bedroom. We did not eat in, but it looks like this could be easily done. We met with the host (Irina) and she was very helpful and hospitable. Our only issue -and we fully understand that this may not be an issue at all for others- was that the apartment is located amidst a lot of restaurants/bars that play very loud music until at least 11PM. For those that are planning to partake in the nightlife, this may be the perfect spot for you!

This little apartment is in the middle of the palace complex, down a small alley and up a set of stone steps. It is compact, but thoughtfully designed, well-equipped (kitchen) and brimming with charm. Irina, the owner, was incredibly helpful to us. She checked in with us before our stay to coordinate logistics, arranged a car to meet us at the airport, met us when we arrived, gave us a tour of the apartment, and had helpful advice about restaurants, ferries, buses, and ATMs for changing currency. Altogether a delightful experience in a really interesting part of Split.

This was just the coolest room. We felt like we were stepping back in time. A small living room and kitchen downstairs and bedroom upstairs. Beautifully restored. So comfortable and cozy. There was a washer and dryer in the unit. If we’d planned better we could have cut down on packing. A real gem.

Perfect location, close to everything. Great little apartment with lots of character and a very thoughtful host.

Irina is a wonderful responsive host. The apartment is charming and unique. We couldn't be happier with our stay and will recommend to our friends.
