Decided to stay 2 extra nights (that was pre-booked a month earlier) after our rail tour and we kept the same room which was fine but I had to check out in the morning then recheck in each day, why not just extend it in the computer.
Then at dinner with the tour group they wouldn’t give us butter for our bread, said management wouldn’t allow it.
Then 2 ladies in our group could not eat the dinner that was served due to allergies, so they ordered 2 burgers and had to pay extra, a group of 29 people and they couldn’t comp 2 burgers with fries.
Also the hotel controlled the air conditioning so your thermostats couldn’t be adjusted in your room, this was in June during a heat wave, 90 degrees.
Last was they were really skimpy on cocktail/wine servings
