My flight got cancelled and I stayed my first night here because the flight company made the room available to me. As the next flight to my target location was on the morning of the second day from the cancellation, I preferred to remain in the same hotel as it was very comfortable and well maintained. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes from and to the airport so it is quite convenient. Price of the beer on the bar is slightly overpriced.

A lot to be desired for a 4 star hotel with a reputable brand. The free shuttle to airport is no longer free. We would have to wait 45 minis to be picked up as Shuttle staff was on break so we took an Uber instead. There was no notification of the time the shuttle doesn't run until we got to the hotel, in order to book shuttle to airport the following day. Checkin was super slow as there was only one person doing the check-in and multi tasking as a cashier for the convenience store in the lobby. Never seen people placing potato chip bags and ramen soup on the counter of a hotel in order to pay for the merchandise. 4 star hotel??? sorry. The guy was great and polite apologizing for the delay. Then the bar threaten to turn off the TV after the first half of a World Cup game as it closes at midnight. We had to fight for it to leave it on and let someone from reception turn it off after the match. Rooms were nice and clean. Maybe we just had bad luck and we hope it is not its standard service.

The beautiful quiet location with horse farms.. certainly convenient to airport..safe neighborhood, great staff.

A well run, safe and clean hotel with fast shuttle service to airport. Nice bar and the Renaissance Burger was excellent!

The room was okay for a one night stay before heading to the airport. The bar forgot our food then tried to serve it to us cold. They did make it right after we asked them for hot food. The shuttle to Schiphol was convenient enough to bring me back prior to a next day departure.
