FRAUDE ET ATTRAPE. Pire endroit pour rester!!! Nous avons appelé juste avant de faire la réservation afin de nous assurer que la navette de l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel était en service et qu'ils servaient bien le déjeuner, comme mentionné. L'hôtel nous indique qu'il y a bien la navette et le déjeuner. Nous avons fait la réservation et nous nous sommes dirigés vers l'endroit des navettes à l'aéroport (qui nous a fait faire le tour de l'aéroport 2 fois car les instructions données dans le courriel de réservation n'étaient pas bonnes) et avons appelé afin qu'ils nous l'envoient.... À ce moment… littéralement 1 h après les avoir appelés, ils nous disent que la navette n'est pas en fonction! Nous avons donc du retourner à l'autre terminal afin d'appeler un Uber.. qui nous a coûté 20$. Lorsque nous arrivons sur place ils nient complètement le tout... Le lendemain matin, nous nous dirigeons vers le déjeuner… Le déjeuner était un thé ainsi qu’un petit bout de pain froid et dur.... Inmangeable. Encore une fois, dépenses de plus, nous avons dû commander à manger. 30$ supplémentaires. Et bien évidemment, le taxi afin de retourner à l'aéroport... un autre 20$. Pour 70$ de plus, nous aurions pu avoir un bien meilleur hôtel avec navette et déjeuner inclus pour vrai...

Parking charges were not mentioned at check in but charged at check out. Customers need to be advised of parking charge when reservation is made.

Room was decent it is what it is

Wow! Not at all as portrayed by Expedia! Worst was no airport shuttle even though it was a selling point(and reason to book). Apparently shuttle doesn't run on the weekend even thoughy Expedia email prepping for my stay gave instructions and times the shuttle ran. Apparently it doesn't run on weekends, causing us to incur 50 bucks transportation. was dirty and dated. Bathroom counters were stained and dirty along with the carpets, kitchen, and nightstand. Breakfast was an hot water, cocoa and a muffin in plastic or a cereal bar. For 300+ a night when said and done, definitely not worth it. Baited and switched on this place. This Extended Stay has extended itself too far and appears to have given up.

I have never stayed in a hotel with roaches. Also tub was clean some shave and all the shave hair was in the tub. We had to book another hotel

No no no. Let's start with the obvious. No there is not breakfast at the hotel. It is coffee and muffins, nothing else. The website says it has free airport shuttle that runs daily. There is even a sign on the wall at the front desk saying daily. NO airport shuttle on weekends. I want to give kiddos to the girls at the front desk, they are friendly. The manager, he lied to me when I called after have been waiting for over an hour at the airport on a Friday afternoon for the shuttle. I had informed the hotel about my arrival a couple of days before to make sure there was a shuttle. He said the driver was on his way. I asked the driver who said he never got informed by the front desk to pick me up. The room needed a new carpet as it smelled urine. Booked a room for three people. The room had one chair (this is an apartment type of room), two towels. They are clearly not looking at their reservation. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone with today's standard and management.

Terrible

The hotel was dirty overall. The rooms were non smoking yet the room smelled horrendous. I could even taste the smoke smell. I had to ask for shampoo in the front office because the shower had none. We only had a small bar soap to wash our hands. Breakfast was not provided even though they claim to have coffee and muffins. I will not be coming back.
