It’s an amazing hotel and we are returning guests for the umpteenth time ! To me , stepping into the hotel makes me feel like I’m home as the staff are so welcoming and helpful always! The rooms are always spick and span too! The only downside is the non-availability of the airport limousine on Saturdays due to the protests and resulting road closure. I wish the hotel may consider providing scheduled shuttle to the nearest airport limousine station which is usually Chosun or The Plaza on such occasions as taxis do not want to ply the short distance from ENA to these hotels. Would be good that the recept stays abreast of updated information on the road closures too so that guests can be kept informed . Otherwise , this hotel is really the best place to stay !
