Great hotel and setting is amazing but attention to details with guest services needs work , we had 2 rooms , one of the rooms air con wasn’t working properly and smelt bad I raised this twice with them but nothing was done , also on the day of check out we received a letter under our door welcoming us to the hotel and mentioning that we can claim a free bottle of house wine during our stay , but only receiving this letter on the morning of check out meant we couldn’t use the offer , I asked to remove another drink from the bill but they were unable to do so , they offered the wine to take away but not something I could have done as was literally about to leave for the airport .
Food was great , restaurant staff were great and friendly it’s just the little things that spoilt it a little , otherwise rating would have been higher
