I was very disappointed with this condo stay. The beddings was so filthy, I got itches and rashes and bedbug bites from the sheets and comforter, not to mention the mattress is very uncomfortable. There was some weird cranking noise occurred in the middle of the night multiple times which interrupted our sleep on top of the highway non stop honking. The bathroom is extremely disgusting tainted with stains, mildews and mold throughout. The drain is also clogged so when you’re taking a shower, you would be standing on knee high deep puddle. The furnitures in the living room are also broken and look dilapidated, we also have ants crawling all over the couch and table.
Check in process was tougher than getting U.S green card. The host made us wait almost an hour in front of the apartment before showing up. Overall, my stay was extremely annoying and unpleasant.
Please do yourself a favor!

I am an American soldier, I sleep outside, in cargo bays, in trucks, no problem. I have never given anything less than a perfect rating, until now. All I need is the basic obligations of the contract satisfied and I give 5/5 stars. This place is run by scammers that stole my money and didn’t give me what I paid for. First, when I arrived to check in they told me the room was under construction and not ready until 9PM. That is ridiculous, they charged me for a full first day and basically stole half of it. Secondly, they failed to mention that this property was undergoing construction. I was NOT given a hotel room, I got a bed in a construction site. I was subjected to insanely loud drilling and hammering on my walls, from 9am to 4pm every day of the week I stayed there. It was so loud I had to use earplugs or it hurt, louder than the inside of a Vietnamese nightclub. I asked them to move me to a different room, they told me too bad. I asked them to stop the noise, they said it’s not their problem. I asked them to give me a discount on the room, they said no. It is not a hotel, it is an apartment building, and they will provide nothing, no cleaning or toiletries or anything, you better bring it all yourself. And if there is any problems, they will take your money and say screw you. I am very tolerant of small issues and people making mistakes… this is the only place I’ve ever been upset at. DO NOT STAY HERE. Stay in an actual hotel for the same price. You’ve been warned.

Fantástico The accommodation was great. The location is convenient for easy access to the attractions in D1. Convenience store just downstairs and local market nearby with only 5 minutes walk. I really like tropical fruit and Vietnamese food.I will choose again to stay here

Fantástico Les Pas très loin du centre Logement pas très cher Piscine très sympathique Immeuble très bien Commerces style 7/11 à côté ainsi qu’une pharmacie Petits restaurants très bons tout autour et pas cher
