Probably first and last stay at this property. The good- 1. Location 2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room. The bads- 1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house. 3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost an hour and half just to get our room prepared for check-in 4. Noisy rooms. There were chattering and laughing noises from adjacent rooms and gallery heard in our room from other guests. No sound proofing. 5. No freshners used in room before our check-in. We had to request for freshner for room and bathroom. 6. There was tooth brush but no tooth paste. No napkins in the washroom. 7. Limited options at breakfast buffet. There was just not enough variety and options. Overall, 1/5 rating for this stay at this property. I will strongly recommend against staying at this property especially if you are with family.

Professional staff, excellent service (kitchen). Good rooms and good AC. Scope of improvement- Bathroom cleanliness, shower glass had had turned opaque due to water marks and corners were not clean.

Being a 4 start hotel I was expecting a little better. Breakfast definitely needs quicker service.

Have used previously. It's convenient hotel for me as everywhere I wanted to go was 10-15mins drive away. The staff were brilliant. All very welcoming and helpful and looked after us.

The worse hotel you can ever book, full of cockroaches, wall paper peeling off, cleanliness is very poor. Cupboard doors don’t close which leaves the light inside on, dangerous as the light cables are loose inside the cupboard.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in India. I also appreciate the complimentary dinner you provided on both days.
