Classic Hotel

hotel is located in a nice quiet area and a 10 minute bus ride from the City Centre. Its clean but dated decor and the room was okay for a couple of nights. staff was really helpful and is available 24hrs.

You pay what you get. The air con is not working but there is a fan and the heat wave has passed during our stay so it was Ok. Though I need to open the window for sleep. The staff was very helpful. The location is not the best, where a short bus trip will take us to one of the connection hub. The price is unbeatable during the ultra peak period of UCL Final. So no complaints.

Had our hotel stay cancelled, was only let know as we arrived at the hotel and they moved us 10 minutes further away

Hotel room was clean but very shabby, flakey paint on bathroom door, air conditioning was broken and looked like had been that way for years. Beds was a 4 plus inch piece of sponge not a mattress. Was ok as I was on a lads football trip but would be fuming if I was with the wife. Overall for the circumstances it was ok no real need to complain to staff but not really suitable for a family trip

there’s not hot water to shower which is crazy, there’s not even warm water just cold, the mattresses and blankets are incredibly stained, if you have the opportunity to not book here, don’t do it

Very disappointing stay. The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the hotel felt dirty. The staff was not friendly or welcoming. The minibar in our room did not work, and the hot water was unreliable — it never got properly hot and became colder the longer you used it. Would not recommend.

Great!!!

The heat was not working. There is some broken walls. There is some hairs under the bed. Windows are too old. They need to renovate the hotel and clean the hotel.

Clean and confortable

I missed the first day of stay due to car problems. I stayed the second night. First they gave me the wrong room. I ordered 1 queen bed with 2 twins. They gave me first 3 twins bedroom. Then the next day(which was my actual birthday), they made me pay for extra breakfast, which I already paid for 2 the day before and never got any credit for it. They never realized it was my birthday, even though I handled them my passport at check in, which they scanned and looked at my information. They could do better at Customer service, it could have made my stay more pleasant, and make me forgot about what happened with my car, which I informed them the same day I missed.
