I stayed alone in my room and unfortunately experienced the same hygiene problems during my stay. Late at night, I noticed multiple insects inside the room and around the bed area. For a hotel operating under the Marriott brand, this was honestly shocking and extremely disappointing.
What disturbed me the most was not only the insects themselves, but also the condition they left behind. After discovering larvae inside my luggage and clothing, I no longer felt comfortable bringing many of my belongings back home. I had to throw away several personal items and purchase replacements during my trip.
I specifically chose this hotel because I expected international brand standards, cleanliness, and reliability. Instead, I spent the night stressed, uncomfortable, and seriously questioning the hygiene conditions of the property.
This experience was far below the standards I expected from a globally recognized hotel chain.
