The lines at this Hilton were absolutely ridiculous. Only one elevator was working, which meant a constant wait just to get up or down. There was a line for breakfast, a 45-minute wait for omelets, a 45-minute line to check in, and yet another line to store our bags.
The hotel also charges a $25 daily credit, which really means you have to stand in another line and spend more money on food or drinks just to use the credit. Give me a break. We already paid top dollar for a premium room.
Our reservation was for four adults in a bedroom suite, yet the room had only two towels, two plastic cups, two coffee pods, and two coffee cups. No one answers the phone, so naturally, the only option is to stand in another line.
