Very happy with the comfort of the room

It was a last minute stay as we were tired of driving. It's definitely an older hotel. We stayed in two rooms and both needed some dusting.

Great location close to mt rushmore and other places.

Check in was easy and there was a variety for breakfast. Room was not spotless - there was a nickel on the floor as well as several items on the carpet, but parking was easy and it was a very convenient location.

The property is conveniently located in Keystone so you are close to several attractions in the Black Hills. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. It is nestled into the mountains giving it a woodsy feel. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

Helpful staff and breakfast was served till 10 AM making it nice to sleep in on vacation. Very great selections for breakfast. Amenities were clean and easily accessible and our room was clean and comfortable.

This hotel is perfect for families. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to Mount Rushmore and all the attractions in Keystone, making it a great home base for exploring the Black Hills. The staff was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The amenities were excellent, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the overall value was hard to beat. Between the convenient location, family-friendly atmosphere, great service, and reasonable price, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you’re visiting the area, especially with kids, I highly recommend the Comfort Inn Keystone. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the Black Hills!
