The residence was very modern, clean and well maintained . The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Christina, helping us with a smooth check in and accommodating our needs. There are good transport connections a short walk away. An excellent place to stay!

There are some positives and negatives. Good space but uncomfortable bed. Great view giant window opens cool atmosphere but the air conditioning system is terrible it doesn't go lower than 72°f-22.2°c. Quiet area but there was ongoing construction at the hotel and no prior notification. That started at 7 a.m. every day loud heavy machinery pounding through the walls. Zero noise insulation. Safe parking area with no charge. Did not know about the ztl which is a limited traffic area that you get fined if you don't have a permit for. Would not stay there again.

Fantástico hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned everyday except Sunday which was nice with clean towels everyday. Sky TV in one of the rooms. Room was good size with one queen bed and a sofa bed which was comfortable for 3 people.Air conditioning in good working order. The closet was big enough to store our large suitcases

Bien Short stay while on a business trip. It is rather student residence. Very helpful staff. Quiet and relaxing area. The furniture in the room was rather old, very small and very old TV which younger generation never saw , but it brought back nice memories :).
All in all if you do not pay attention to luxury and not particular on which bed you sleep- go for it.

Bien Rooms are quiet and spacious. A little basic but useful to have kitchen area. Hotel is 5 min from tram stop and close to a big park. Swimming pool was hardly open during our 3 night stay (closed on weekends).
