We’ve stayed in lots of Dubai hotels and a few on the palm and this has been our favourite.
The staff are amazing! All the food from room service to the restaurants is excellent and the spa is one of the best spas in a hotel.
The clientele is also of a high standard compared to some other 5* hotels in Dubai and in the palm. No young people drinking to excess or making noise!
The rooms are huge but the only down side is they’re starting to feel a tad shabby but still very good. The hotel is slowly upgrading the rooms tho I believe.
Even with this tho, I would certainly rebook the next time we stay.
