The staff was friendly and an alright place to stay for a short period. If you are unfamiliar with Frankfurt, this area might not be the best for first time travelers.

Clean room, but noisy.
The smallest shower and bathroom I have ever had, and I have traveled a lot, but everything worked ok.
Wouldn’t be great for anyone bigger than my small stature.

The area around the train station looks "seedy" but the hotel felt safe and though a bit dated was well maintained. Good A/C and comfy bed and nice shower. Breakfast was suprisingly good with great choices for the 10 eros. Front desk lady was welcoming and kind. Laundromat just steps away as was a good Irish pub.

Great location two blocks from the train station on tram line and u ban for travel to Frankfurt old town and other areas. Plenty of dining options, at a reasonable price. Room was clean and quiet with great air conditioning, not easy to find in Germany! Staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked two rooms specifically because of the laundry option that was listed on the property details because Frankfurt was halfway through on our European vacation. After we checked in after a late train arrival we were told there was no laundry available onsite and there has never been any. Expedia attempted to get a discount or reimbursement from them on my behalf for the erroneous online listing but the property declined.

Clean room, good location, excellent services(front desk people are very kind), luggage keeping service before & after check in and out, good price. Also many yummy restaurants are in walking distance. Everything was so good. Definitely will use this hotel again.
