Staff is always excellent. Location is perfect.

The wobbly elevator was filthy, and the cleaning people used it for storage of their dirty equipment throughout the morning and sometimes late at night. Except for a very helpful night reception guy that was there for a few nights, most of the reception staff were hopeless. The breakfast was pretty much the same each day - decent only for the purpose of avoiding hunger - limited to the hours of 7:30-9:30 on weekdays and 8:00-9:30 on weekends when one of the staff quickly kicked us all out at 9:30. This place very much needs a renovation and retraining or replacing of the staff.

Staff and location were great but the room was ok. I could have done without the very dirty rug beside the bed. Something so easy to change and would make a bit difference

Excellent location close and good price. Room was small but fine for a city hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The room was hot and we could not control the temperature. The bathroom needs some shelving. There was no place to put our toiletries.

The. Breakfast was good but the hot food was there all during the time so lost it’s freshness , I did use the air con it was okay

Lovely little hotel situated in a quiet street 3 minutes away from all the activity of Sofia. Very pleasant reception manager wo was also very helpful. Excellent rooms for the price, roomy and air-con. Breakfast only average but considering the price still very good value for money

A pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was good throughout. Breakfast was varied and interesting but hot items were little more than room temperature.

Nice hotel two short blocks from main walking and shopping street, 7 short blocks from primary antiquites. Beware of rip off taxis prevalent in Sofia!

Great location, spacious rooms and helpful staff. I stayed in two different rooms a few days apart (201 and 504) and I appreciated the balcony and amenities in each. This place is a gem, and I’d definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Sofia.
