Estupendo The room was small but clean. Little shelf space. Had to ask for a microwave to be brought to our room. Hit my head numerous times on the awkwardly placed TV. BUT! This place was so convenient. Right by the subway and so many amazing restaurants and shops. Yeah the tv was in a weird spot but at least there was one! Staff was super helpful on tips and getting us checked in. The AC was beautiful in the summer. Would definitely stay again!

The location is great. Close to a subway stop and many restaurants and bars. Very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room we had was small but layed out great. Small fridge, coffee maker, and shampoo soap in the room. AC was great and had a ceiling fan. Bed was ok size but not very comfortable. That is the only down thing I have to say.

Estupendo This is a budget hotel. Having said this, the Chelsea Inn has everything but food service. The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is stand out amazing. My room on the fifth floor didn’t have a window, two skylights instead. Sharing a bathroom, while weird at first, was no big deal. No elevator but there was always someone around to carry my bags down. I usually stay at the Park Central but if just passing through NYC again I’ll book this hotel. Again, the staff is amazing. ♥️♥️

The room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom had visible stains, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided, and there was a significant amount of dust underneath the bed.
The bedroom had a very small window that was blocked by a piece of furniture, preventing natural light and fresh air from entering. The room felt dark, enclosed, and uncomfortable.
Additionally, some members of the staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming

The location was excellent, between 5th and 6th Avenues, cclose to East Village, Greenwich etc.
The staff were all really helpful.
Clean and quiet room, I was on the ground floor with 2 children,it was so quiet.
There was even a free coffee pod machine at reception.
Clean room and you just change your own towels daily if you want.
I stayed 3 nights and we had a more expensive hotel on the LES for 3 nights. We all agreed we would rather have stayed on at the Chelsea Inn instead.

The room was cozy but didn’t make a difference on this girls trip. The location is so great ! The beds and pillows were comfortable, room was clean and room darkening shades were perfect. I’d stay here again for sure !

The beds were very stiff which was a bit of a bummer but for a weekend we managed all right. The staff were kind, helpful and friendly, definitely the best part of the stay.
