We had an exceptional stay at Emirates Palace. From the moment we arrived, everything felt effortless and genuinely welcoming — the staff were outstanding throughout and really made us feel cared for.
The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible attention to detail everywhere you look. Our room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable, and the overall quality across the whole property was consistently high.
Food was a real highlight. Breakfast was perfect — a brilliant mix of buffet options plus an à la carte menu, which made it feel extra special rather than standard hotel dining. We were on half board and found it more than enough, especially as we chose to use the 150 AED supplement for both Michelin-starred restaurants, which was absolutely worth it and elevated the whole experience.
The amenities were excellent and there was something for all ages.
Overall, a truly memorable stay. I’d absolutely recommend it — luxury done properly, with warmth and care rather than just show.
