What an incredible property Hard Rock has! 🤘 It is outstanding in terms of location, comfort, food, and above all, impeccable service. I would like to give special recognition to Nuvia, who not only treated us exceptionally well but also found a solution to the issue with the TV in our room. She provided the highest level of service, and her effort and dedication are a tremendous asset to this hotel. Having someone who doesn't just worry about a problem but actually solves it makes all the difference. Thank you so much for everything and for making my stay far better than I ever expected.
