When we got there the room we were given smelled like rotten blood and urine. I called the front desk and they sent someone to spray the drain. It made it worse smelling. After driving for 4.5 hrs all we wanted was to sleep. When I called the front desk back and demanded they change my room they left me on hold or what I thought was hold since he said "hold on let me check" he never came back to the line 15 mins later I got a call on my cell phone saying to come get our cards for another room.
The water smelled in both used, the hallways smelled of mildew
The front staff woman gave bad vibes they were rude and not friendly welcoming.
Even calling in advance to say we were gonna check in late and confirm that it was free parking because they changed to non free after I purchased my reservation.
All in all. Ive stayed in many hotels around this area for disney and this was by far the worst .. never again thats for sure
