Mixed experience... booked upgrade not recognised at arrival, took ages to get sorted. Next morning included breakfast not recognised and had to pay 34 euros.. later found email confirmation of inclusion so got that sorted only to find the late check.out had not been applied.
Real issue was treatment at breakfast, made to feel i was trying to steal from them by a woman with very poor customer service skills.
Not sure I'll be back despite the quality of the rooms being great, never had any ussues like this in the Marriott which is 50m away.
