Payam Hotel est très bien localisé; à distance de marche des artères principales et des bons restaurants de Kas. Le personnel était accueillant et aidant, le stationnement facile d'accès et le site était très bien entretenu. Mention particulière au petit-déjeuner qui était excellent (probablement le meilleur de tout notre séjour en Turquie), diversifié et permettait d'avoir une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons eu un petit souci à notre arrivée avec le réfrigérateur et le personnel a tout fait pour le régler, même si cela a dû se faire après plusieurs tentatives. Ils se sont également assurés par la suite que le service rendu avait été satisfaisant; ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous avions réservé la chambre deluxe avec balcon et vue sur la mer; confortable, spacieuse et propre; à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Great hotel, in a fantastic location with excellent restaurants and spa. Small pool but the upside is Leymona Beach Club across the road.

The breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was spectacular to say the least. The choice and absolute top quality food was honestly something that I'll remember from the whole holiday. Last but not least, the girls waiting the tables were so attentive without being overbearing and were constantly checking for people's empty plates etc. Absolutely wonderful place!!!

room is clean, staff is friendly. Air conditioning works well. They have back yard parking that can see the sea. The breakfast is great!

The hotel was wonderful from when we checked in. The staff very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms comfortable, very clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room excellent. The hotel offered food, the pool lovely and breakfast great choice. The town offers a great choice of resturants. Would highly recommend people stay. Will be back. Thank you to all the staff

The staff was very helpful and attentive. The location of the property is right by the ocean. Many rooms have views to the ocean.

They should put an elevator in one of the buildings where my room was. The views are spectacular and the buffet breakfast was very good.
