All Best Westerns are def not the same. I came here in the heels at staying at BW Miami Executive Airport and this was definitely a regression. The front desk agents were not as friendly and seemed irritated questions. The caliber of guests at this location also scream hood. The room did not have the same immensities as the other (lotion, pen, writing pad etc.). The bed also seemed a tad sinked in. I was shocked that the guy at the front desk didn’t even say good morning to me when I came back to check out at 5:45 am he simple asked “Checking out?” I said good morning and proceeded to the other female agent who responded in kind (he never replied). The two males on staff during my stay were a bit too much in terms of attitude and I will not be staying by here again.
