This is a very nice property. It is about two blocks from Duval Street but probably about a mile to Mallory Square. Any easy walk. The breakfast room is really cute and the breakfast is more than adequate. The only down side is the parking which is not free even if you park on the street.

The staff was always very friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving, I was reading reviews about some of the room sizes being small with little space to put your luggage and clothes. So, prior to arriving we opted to upgrade to the king room with kitchen. This was an extra $100 per night, but worth it for us to have some additional space and a fridge for our 5-night stay.

Good vibe. Rooms feel cheap and it’s a little too far to walk from a lot of downtown. That’s why I didn’t give it higher rating but it was a good experience. Parking sucked and was expensive. But it was a good size room with a couch. My dad and I both had a good time. A/c sucked as well. Staff barely spoke English but that’s pretty standard nowadays. I recommend the place. For an affordable stay without kids.

Nice quiet Inn, it is very deceiving from the outside. It looks very smalls but it is very open and large once you walk thru front. Nice, clean room; couldn’t ask for anything better.

Very friendly staff helped us order our mopeds and even had someone pick us up
