This hotel was very nice! While the room I picked was rather small, it was the perfect place to sleep while exploring the area. I love how close it was to such a big mall & many restaurant choices. Also about a 15 minute walk from the train station, or if you drive they do provide parking passes! Would 100% recommend :)

Room is clean. Very good location

Small space around the bed

깨끗하고 시설이 좋았다. 아침식사도 괜찮았다. 호텔 주위에 아울렛이 있고 식당도 다양했다. 산책하기 좋다.

Room smelled bad on our first night and is very far from train station. They were very helpful booking a taxi from hotel to train station.

3 mins drive to tosu premium outlet so can shop till the shops are about to close

I was in room 406. I couldn’t get Wi-Fi most of the time (very intermittent). Didn’t sleep well as I needed connection to sort out travel plans and had to keep waiting for the connection. Asked the staff early next morning and the elderly man just apologised for it. I could get Wi-Fi at the ground floor so had to sit there to use it for a while. Was told my room didn’t include breakfast and so I asked if it could be given since I have been sitting there just to use the Wi-Fi and he didn’t obliged and said I had to pay for it. Felt that I booked and paid for the room with Wi-Fi too and I didn’t get it so he could at least do something nice and complimentary. Otherwise good to just stay the night over.

Great stay, conveniently located near Kiyama's gymnasium where a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competition we were participating was held. Breakfast was surprisingly nice for 600 yen. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was an average stay. My only issues is that we could hear the neighbors next us. Walls not very sound proof.
