Great hotel and close to the mall. Staff are helpful and the room was immaculate.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous. The hotel restaurant was average, with dry Chicken Kiev (little filling), and sugary breakfast cereals. We'd stay again, but might eat out.

Very disappointed with the little the hotel does to provide a decent experience for all its patrons - especially with regard to amenities such as the pool, spa and sauna. We were unable to use the spa on 3 seperate occasions as it was occupied by toddlers and their parents. We stayed for over an hour on most occasions, waiting. At one point we tried to get in but were told we couldn’t apply the jets as it wasn’t the preference of a small child who’d been bobbing up and down in the spa for over an hour in a life jacket while the parents chatted on the chairs - which were also not free. Many frustrated adults coming in and out, wondering as we were, how there were so many selfish people contained to one area. It was no different with any of the other facilities, . For context, I have children. They can read as well as keep their head above water, and they were excited to try things like the spa, with our supervision. It didn’t happen, Perhaps don’t advertise it as such? At best, that area is a crèche. Call it that.

We enjoyed a lovely stay. The front of house staff are excellent, especially Christophe and John. Thoroughly recommended.

The staff and premises were great. Couldn't have asked for more.

Clean rooms great location and price is value for money

I was told it would be a public holiday surcharge on things ordered on a non public holiday. I called for room service no one answered. My car from valet parking was parked where I could not get out. The road was blocked so I had to reverse all the way out. A dessert cost almost $50!!!!!

Great property, and location only offering a buffet breakfast for over $40pp in the restaurant was a bit much! Only option for à la carte breakfast was in room dining.
