The excellence of your staff is remarkable They exceeded my expectations in their willingness to assist, problem solve when necessary and do everything seamlessly and pleasantly. Exceptional professionalism was exhibited particularly by Asia at the front desk and a young woman(a colleague) who assisted us on our arrival date, May 21st.
Angelo, who went above and beyond helped to locate us and get us to the Patria Palace. He was courteous, efficient and literally saved us in our attempt to arrive and depart from your establishment. He continued to make sure our stay was pleasant as did Asia. Helpful at all times.
Your staff’s exemplary attention to detail was impressive as demonstrated by your wait staff. A young man in training (sorry but can not remember his name) was welcoming and we looked forward to seeing him each morning.
In addition, Serena worked the bar with smiles and graciousness as well as serving breakfast the following morning.
I can not say enough about the wonderful overall experience we were afforded at Patria Palace.
