Excelente servicio, deliciosas comidas en la habitación y ubicación estratégica para paseos. Onsen relajante con agua de calidad. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y ambiente tranquilo.

Ubicación

Ubicación estratégica cerca de Hell Valley y el baño de pies natural de Oyunuma. Fácil acceso para paseos matutinos y senderismo. A poca distancia de Jigokudani y la calle comercial.

Servicios ofrecidos

Personal amable y atento con excelente servicio, incluyendo asistencia multilingüe y comidas en la habitación. Habitaciones mejoradas ofrecidas. Media pensión recomendada y vale la pena.

Limpieza

Habitaciones siempre limpias. Camas cómodas de estilo japonés y comodidades modernas. Reposición diaria de yukata y artículos de tocador. Bien mantenido a pesar de su antigüedad.

Ambiente e instalaciones

Ambiente tradicional japonés. Habitaciones amplias, algunas con sala de estar separada. Onsen relajante con agua de calidad. Propiedad tranquila y calmada, muy curativa. Increíble piscina onsen al aire libre.

The room was very spacious and clean, but one thing I didn't enjoy was the smel of bug killer spray. I think I wasn't lucky. I'm sure the room usually doesn't smel. The food was amazing.

Pros: - very spacious room - very comfortable Japanese-style beds - outdoor onsen pool was incredible - excellent service/attentive staff - walkable to Jigokudani and shopping street - water/electricity/heating all functional Cons: - very outdated decor (though if you’re just there to sleep, that’s fine) - hallways feel like they are from The Shining - random gunk all over the walls and peeling wallpaper (in hallways and room) - some mold in the bathroom - generally in a state of disrepair unfortunately

A generally clean but dated accommodation which could need some touch-ups. The service was excellent, the room ok, though no A/C and might become hot in summer. The one sore spot was the bathroom: the shower curtain was full of black mould spots - the rest of the bathroom however was ok. As I have only seen this the last morning - I was using the onsen the other days, it made no sense to complain to the front desk. However, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place as this was not a hidden spot but very obvious. Another disappointing thing, not the fault of the property though, was the limited availability of restaurants as many were closed in town.

First time to Noboribitsu and it was great. It deep down in the mountains in its own little town. Definitely would have to take a bus or taxi in to get to the town

Staff is excellent. The building is a bit dated but good enough and clean for us. The suit (2 rooms) is so spacious. We have a choice to sleep either on the “tatami “ or bed. We had the Half Board (Breakfast and Dinner) definitely worth for the money and experience. The hike in the surrounding area was excellent. Recommend strongly 😀
