If ur a non smoker with family this is not the place for you, next door was drinking & smoking so we couldnt use the balcony because they allow smoking & it fuggen reeks. View & location amazing, apartments layout is nice but its old & well used & definitely needs a deep clean or full reno, its nice its just a shame about the smokers & drinkers, should be a smoke free zone or go smoke in the car park away from people.

We stayed over night after attending a Family function. Our suite was very functional with provision of tea/coffee making facilities, cups, glasses, crockery, microwave and fridge. This information was unclear on the booking site and was a pleasant surprise. Suggest if a stay of more than one night is planned book an upgrade to a room with a view over Encounter Bay.

Location

Everything was good 👍, but the queen bed was too soft for me.

Clean spacious living room with good coastal views and within walking distance of the Bluff and the excellent Whalers seaside dining restaurant.

Wonderful place to stay , great views

It was opened space so no separating the room for sleeping or watching television This is no one fault but I didn’t enjoy the sleeping area as when I wanted to sleep my partner wanted to watch television and in the morning the same problem i wanted to sleep in and he wanted to be up watching television Anyway the room was set up well and the bed was extremely comfortable so thank you

Excellent communication, check in, location, room and amenities. Would definitely stay again.
