I unfortunately had booked the wrong two nights therefore did not arrive on the first night. When arriving for the second night was told I had been marked as a no show. This was not something I had experienced before and was taken aback. However after some looking they managed to still find me a room for the night.
Room was amazing, great amenities, very clean and a great size. I would highly recommend.
A suggestion I would give is that if someone does not attend for their booking and they are staying more then one night maybe a curtesy call could be made to them.
