Tv wasn’t working and fridge was not cold . Rang reception to complain . They said they would move me but asked me to come downstairs with all my luggage to swap keys . Surely someone could have brought these to me . Then the tv was still not working so I needent have move rooms . No apology or even a free drink offered . On a plus point the bar staff were excellent

Really nice place to stay. When we arrrived, our deluxe studio room was next to the elevator( a pet peeve), so requested a swap (from one that faced the parliament to one that was on the other side of the building. It was no hassle for the bloke on the front desk, who was super-nice, and the alternate room was actually bigger and better IMHO. Had a dinner and a breakfast in the downstairs restaurant, too. Both times, the food was excellent!

Slightly dark and hard to find the powerplug

Always perfect staff. Rooms clean and comfortable. Restaurant has interesting menu and delicious. Can’t fault a single thing.

The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. There was zero noise from other rooms. The staff was really helpful. In particular, Jonathan at the front desk was responsive to what we needed. He went out of his way to assist and really listened to my cincern. The included breakfast offered excellent choices that consistently looked amazing when served.

Pleasant stay in a modern boutique hotel, friendly approachable staff and great housekeeping. Cinema in the same complex. Close to the film archive.

Derive

Good location for walking to ANU. The cooked breakfast was good but I had to explain to staff on four different occasions that it was included in my room rate. The room was set to very dim lighting and was very dusty which was visible along the edges of the carpet and doorframes.

I lived everything about my stay! The location, the staff, the property and its amenities - the room! The whole vibe was different to most places I’ve stayed - it’s edgier and warm. I had a solo weekend away and could not have enjoyed myself more. Room service with top notch food, Great minibar, movie theatre downstairs and a heavenly room. Secure paid parking was easy to navigate and reasonably priced.

Outstanding for the price!
