The only thing I didn’t like was the company trying to sell us a vacation plan the morning we arrived. It doesn’t make sense. Let us fully enjoy the property, then try to sucker us in. But the property, the staff in the amenities for the actual hotel were wonderful.

Nuestra experiencia en Hard Rock Punta Cana fue muy buena. El hotel se destaca por su buena comida, excelente limpieza y muy buen servicio. El personal fue amable y atento durante nuestra estadía. También nos encantó la gran variedad de piscinas, hay muchas opciones para relajarse y disfrutar del hotel sin sentir que todo está concentrado en un solo lugar. La playa estaba muy bonita y, afortunadamente, no tenía sargazo, lo cual fue un punto muy positivo. Lo único que tuvimos que tener en cuenta fue que había bastante oleaje y en algunos momentos estaba peligroso para bañarse, por lo que recomendamos tener precaución, especialmente con niños. En general, fue una excelente experiencia y un lugar que definitivamente recomendaría para unas vacaciones en Punta Cana. 🌴☀️🎶

The room was clean and decently maintained. Staff were friendly and generally helpful. Pools were nice and clean, not too busy overall. The restaurant options were good. Best place to eat was the Mexican restaurant. Toro (steakhouse) was fine but we found the food to be warm when it arrived at the table (not hot). The buffet at the Market offered good selection.

Just got home from Hard Rock Punta Cana and spent the day debating how harsh this review should be. I decided the best thing to do is simply tell the truth. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. We speak both English and Spanish, so communication wasn’t an issue for us, although I could see it being difficult for guests who only speak English. We booked a 1-bedroom suite that could have been very nice, but it was poorly maintained. Cracked/missing tiles, peeling walls, broken shower fixtures, insects in the room, and patio doors that either wouldn’t open or close completely, allowing mosquitoes inside. We reported these problems multiple times and were always told, “Someone is coming.” Nobody ever came. Housekeeping was equally disappointing. On multiple days we were left without enough towels, hand towels, and a properly stocked mini fridge. Again, we called, and again, nobody came. The food was borderline horrible. There are plenty of choices, but with the exception of the hibachi, most of what we ate was mediocre at best. Restaurant service was also extremely slow, especially getting drinks. The resort grounds themselves are impressive in size but clearly need a major overhaul. There are many areas that are worn, neglected, and poorly maintained. My family and I still had a good trip because we made the best of it, but that was despite the resort—not because of it. For the amount this place costs, the quality and service simply do not come close to matching price.

El hotel esta muy bueno ,la limpieza la atencion solo falta entrenar MAs al personal ,no saben Donde estan Los sitios , les deben entrenar MAs al personal del front desk , no dejar meter vendedores de excursions à la playa ya Que se ponen bravos si no le compras nada , uno se llama junior me insulto he venido 7 veces a Punta Cana y Los Dominicans son Buenos.

Everything went well with our stay, staff was super attentive. I must say hotel is pretty big which can be overwhelming but theres stuff to do or eat mostly everywhere so its worth exploring.overall we had a good stay and will definitely come back!

Great service, amenities, and food overall, with the exception of the Japanese restaurant, which lacked ambiance and offered mediocre food. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and serviced appropriately throughout our stay. The property is beginning to show noticeable signs of wear and tear and would benefit from renovations in the near future. That said, it remains a great resort for families, with plenty to enjoy. Overall, we had a great time and a very enjoyable stay.

Horrible Experience — Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana Needs Serious Attention Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana was extremely disappointing. For a hotel carrying the Hard Rock name and reputation, the condition of this property and the level of service were nowhere near the standards I would expect from an internationally recognized brand. The maintenance and overall condition of the buildings are not up to par. There are areas throughout the property that clearly need attention and investment. Hard Rock corporate seriously needs to send someone to this property to evaluate what is happening and bring the resort back up to the standards expected from the Hard Rock brand. The food quality was also disappointing. With the size and reputation of this resort, I expected much better quality and consistency. The customer service was one of the biggest problems. Staff generally seemed to do the bare minimum, and getting basic issues addressed was unnecessarily difficult. Our room was not cleaned for 3–4 days, despite us calling repeatedly every day to request housekeeping. That is completely unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. We also had significant problems with one of our rooms. The TV did not work and the phone did not work, meaning we couldn't even call the front desk from the room to report problems. We had to find other ways to get assistance. Another guest in our group had termites in their room. From our understanding, the situation was handled by providing
