La propiedad carísima y muy pequeña. Apenas cabía uno, mucho menos la maleta que no había ni dónde ponerla y traíamos 2. Una no la pude abrir y la otra en cima de la cama. Tampoco había closet. El baño lo mismo, es tan pequeño que el agua te caía encima y no había regadera de mano. Aquello fue un sacrificio y sin poder hacer NADA porque no te daban reembolso. Lo consideré un atropello que me cobrarán por algo que no está acto ni para un perro. Era una ratonera. En realidad echaron a perder mi viaje. Me cobraron en total 350 y pico dólares americanos por algo que ni regalado lo hubiese cogido. Estoy súper decepcionada con el hotel y con Expedía. Terrible lo que hicieron ambos con nosotros. Le puse 4 estrellas a la limpieza porque la housekeeping no tiene la culpa de no poder entrar a limpiar. Solo dejó las toallas y papel que pedí porque con las maletas en el reducido espacio sé no pudo entrar ni hacer otra cosa. Increíble que pongan a personas en un lugar así sin condiciones. Estoy atónita. Aún no me lo creo que me hallan cobrado esa cantidad por ese cuartucho. Expedía debía revisar las propiedades antes de ponerlas en su página. Para mí tiene tanta culpa como el hotel porque el hotel se escudó en EXPIDIA diciendo que eran los que me habían cobrado de más, pero eso ni gratis debían alquilarlo. NO TIENE CONDICIONES NI VENTANAS NI NADA. Abusivo poner a dos personas dormir ahí.

Our stay was ideal for where we needed to be and clean, but for what we paid nearly £400 extremely overpriced the room was tiny like literally sleeping in a cupboard would expect more for my money.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect for going out and about. The Haymarket Pub, the tram and the underground are all directly across the street making it an ideal spot. The room was ok. Small and even a bit cramped for two people. The toilet seat was crooked but worked. The carpets throughout the property are quite dirty, it was a bit off-putting. The room has A/C and that was very welcoming.Note, there is quite a bit of train noise all night long. Staff were friendly and there is complimentary tea and coffee at the reception. I would recommend this property.

Cosy double was extremely small , room & bed - only stayed for one night but if we were staying longer I’d prefer something a bit bigger. Our room faced directly onto the train station - convenient location for getting around. However , with the window open it was noisy. Breakfast was buffet style & plentiful! Great start to the day..

Housekeeping staff attempted to add my credit card to their apple wallet. When this was brought up with management, they let me know that they have alternative means to pay if I need it. So don’t stay here, it’s awful

Good location and nice, helpful staff. We booked a small room and it was exactly that. The bathroom was not particularly clean and there was a lot of traffic noise as we were on the main road. The air conditioning was great, though.

Carpets on our floor were severely Stained.

No tea coffee facilities in any rooms which is so inconvenient. Windows didn’t open and rooms were soo hot and uncomfortable. Limited breakfast items

Well worth price, helpful staff!
