Stayed one night and was very pleased with the hospitality. The room was clean and we gad a beautiful view. It nice to sit and have a drink at the bar when we got back after a Ballgame. I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

All I really care about is a clean room. It was fine-ish, but when the staff came to clean our room after having to request a cleaning, they sort of made the bed, tossed some towels in the bathroom, emptied some of the garbage and left the rest. Towels on the ground, trash left in random places, nothing wiped down. It was less than bare minimum. Super disappointed. They were not well equipped to handle the busy weekend. Also, the buffet breakfast for $15 is every other hotel’s complementary breakfast. Ridiculous.

We were in town for one night for MLB game. The hotel was perfect for price and location. Will now be our go to spot when we come to the cities. Staff was perfect and accommodating.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Did not get the room we reserved with a king bed and not notified of this change, they said they overbooked. Was not told there is only valet parking for a daily cost or parking on street.

The room was clean plenty of towels and soaps. There was no small things like paper or a pen no restaurant recommendations or a Chanel guide. Breakfast was very very over priced. Only one girl working in dinning was helpful. My room was very loud. The door rattle alot like someone was there and the street noise was horrible. For the price stay somewhere else.
