The pool was super warm. Very easy to get into. Air worked fine . Older mattresses. The rooms are dated but worked fine. Within walking distance of the falls and Main Street.

Estupendo The staff was nice, the room was just okay, a lot of things needed fixing. But the beds were good the sheets were clean and the ac worked perfectly :). Was budget friendly as well and not far from many attractions. Parking was onsite and the outside of this hotel is maintained.

Fantástico I sent a message to the property before my stay but never received an answer. However, the staff are very friendly especially Happy at the front desk he’s very helpful and pleasant. The room is clean and well equipped with fridge and microwave. The location is excellent very close to Cliffton Hill so we could order pick up from one of the restaurants. The indoor pool is very big and warm although we didn’t use it. Breakfast items are mainly baked goods, cereal, yogurt and hard boiled eggs no hot items but ok since it’s included. Overall we will stay again in the future if the price is right.

Although not in the greatest area, it was convenient to walk to Clifton Hill. The beds were comfortable and clean. It did seem like the bathroom had not had a deep clean or even an extra well done clean for quite a while. I even asked for somebody to come and clean the bathroom because around the toilet was pretty gross and they came to clean the bathroom, but not that area again. If you’re looking for a place that’s reasonably priced and don’t care too much about the cleanliness but has comfortable beds this place would suit you. The kids went in the pool, however the whole pool area is very hot and so is the water. There’s not much air circulation in there so I did not enjoy it. We did not stay at the hotel very often because we’re out doing things so if you’re looking for just a place to crash with what I mentioned above and decent breakfast included. This is the place - just lower your standard standards for cleanliness.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check in and out was simple. The room was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. The pools were amazing. Excellent location and a great price. Except for a few areas that could use a little paint, the hotel was great. We could even see the fireworks from our balcony on the 3rd floor. I would definitely stay there again.
