Late check in due to cleaner issues. Had multiple groups waiting outside the key collection point in the same boat. Place is showing signs of wear as they are obviously built on a budget. If going in summer prepare for the morning sun and the heat through the windows. AC is not adequate. Unfortunately its a really grotty area of the city too. MCC should be ashamed.

Apartment not cleaned properly, with sticky floors and benches. There was a lack of utensils, plates, pots and pans for a 3bdr apartment. Drains were clogged in the showers and sinks in the bathrooms, full of hair. Communication was terrible, you cannot speak to a person, or get any reply to texts or emails, for even urgent matters. There is nowhere to keep luggage and you only get one set of keys that you must pick up from a third party (bnb concierge) several blocks away that is only open from 9-4, is always packed with people and understaffed.

Security. Spacious appartment. Great amenities. Excellent Wifi. Excellent location this is a fantastic appartment for larger families (5-6 people) looking for somewhere nice to stay. Will definitely be booking again.

Fantástico For our first trip, it was fantastic, and we will stay again! Having our own parking was great, made it easy to have car for longer trips but still get around Melbourne via public transport or walking. Loved the apartments checking in asking do you need anything or need assistance. My biggest win was finding cafe court! Great coffee, fantastic menu and they adapted to our son’s special needs. Went there twice.

Fantastic location and great service but Showers were mouldy, the dishes and windows on the inside were dirty and we found broken glass in the roller door.
Other than these faults we were happy with the Accommodation.
