Great location near easy transport links, trains and buses! Great shopping and food outlets. Rooms are clean with all the facilities you need. Reasonable priced. This was our third stay at this hotel.

If you include breakfast they will give you a coupon for your choice of: Tulleys, a delicious bakery accessed via hotel elevator, or a traditional ocha/rice venue that we didn’t try. We recommend the bakery for an amazing array of savory and sweet freshly baked items and very good coffee drinks (cocoa too).

The room was great! The location of the hotel was attached to the train station. The area around the hotel was surrounded by shops and restaurants. There was a covered bridge which allowed you access to cross over the visit street. There was also an elevator which made the property handicap accessible. There were so many food options available the hotel also provides you with a meal with a choice of three restaurants. My family members each chose a different restaurant for breakfast. The hotel was so clean and the room was fantastic! The room was laid out in such a way to make it feel very spacious. I felt very safe using the grab bar in the shower and bathtub. The staff was very nice and helpful. My child had indicated that the hotel room was very nice and was very sad that we were only staying there for one night. Overall, I loved my stay at this hotel. The location, the staff, the amenities, the room – everything was impeccable. We definitely would’ve arranged to stay longer if we had known the hotel was such a great deal!

The vent in the bathroom could have been better. It stayed on the whole time. We failed to complain about this. It did not ruin our time there.

This is my second time to stay at this hotel. Very good hotel. Highly recommend!

Logging was great easy to access and aquire

I had an amazing stay! The staff were SOOOO helpful and my room had a great view!! The hotel is in a great area close to everything!! I really loved this hotel and when I return to Tachikawa, I will most definitely be staying here again!

I had a very comfortable stay at JR East Hotel Mets Tachikawa. The location is excellent and being directly connected to Tachikawa Station makes it extremely convenient for travel, shopping, and dining. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was clean, quiet, and well organized. Even though it’s near the station, it felt peaceful at night and I was able to rest well. The staff were professional and efficient during check-in and check-out, which made the stay smooth and stress-free. Overall, this hotel offers great convenience and solid comfort at a reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the Tachikawa area.

Great hotel, staff is amazing and we loved Antendo for breakfast in the morning.
