During check-in, I was told breakfast was included, but at checkout I was told otherwise. The complimentary Wi-Fi was also very unreliable, even after I was provided with a router.
The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioner. Whenever it was running, there was a very loud noise coming through the wall, along with an electrical-like smell, as if the unit was overworking. It made the room uncomfortable and made it difficult to relax or sleep.
Would I stay here again? Possibly. The rooftop was beautiful, the location is excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. However, the air conditioning issue significantly impacted my stay, and I couldn't wait to check out so I could finally get a good night's sleep in a cool, quiet room.
