This hotel met our needs as a family and we only have great things to say about it. First, the location. It is conveniently close to Disney and Maihama Station. But what is better and maybe the best part is the hotel has a free (scheduled) shuttles to/from in the morning and evening. Although we walked the first night, and it took us 20 min. Second, we were able to store our luggage before/after our stay. Third, the rooms had 4 beds for my family and everything else we needed on our vacation. Highly recommended!
Warning there is no early check-in and no staff around. There are phones, but if you don’t speak Japanese it will be difficult to communicate.

Nice hotel but chechin robot not the better idee but there was staff around nice hotel 24/7 food dinner 100 meter richt from hotel good and 24/7 open free shuttel bus ook very nice i would stay there aagain

This hotel worked well for our trip. There were just 2 of us, but the room was decently sized compared to other hotels for 2. Very nice having a separate toilet, shower, and sink areas in the room.
7/11 and Lawson's are very close. The #9 and #37 buses were really helpful for a quick trip to Maihama Station.
Check in and out was very easy.
We would stay here again.

The breakfast was great and the staff and rooms were lovely👌.
We staied here so we could be closer to Disneyland and it work great.
The mattress are on the firm side but thats ok
