I have to say from the minute we got to the hotel to when we left I really couldn't fault Metta at all, they were incredible. We checked in on May 25th and stayed till the 29th, we caught a sleeper bus so we got there really early like around 5:30am and our plan was just to drop off the bags, do a quick change and then head off to explore siem reap. But soon after William (Manager) came in and found out about our early check in and said that he can get our room ready in the next hour (this was at like 7am) and even better he told us to go have breakfast and the restaurant (technially we hadn't paid for that day). We told them we were fine with getting the room like we should around 2pm but they insisted they would do their best to get out room ready and to have breakfast on them! I couldn't believe how generous and great the staff were. We stayed there 4 days and we loved every minute of it. The room was great, the hospitality was amazing, the food was incredible, there was even a happy hour by the pool in the evenings where the staff would chat and get to know the guests. We loved every bit of it, they accomodated all our needs and if you were planning to book a place this would be it. You won't regret it, I will recommend this place to anyone who decides to stay in Siem Reap. A hidden gem in my eyes, a beautiful hotel with beautiful people, thank you for making our stay as incredible as it was.

Amazing experience. Room was spacious and very well appointed. Bed was firm but very comfortable and had great pillows. Note that the shower and bath area did not have a door, but toilet and sink do. Lovely balcony overlooking the pool and bar area. The included breakfast was absolutely delicious and spa services were great. The pool was beautiful and grounds were like a garden. Complimentary Tuk into pub street in the evening was a great perk. Would highly recommend!

The staff are the sweetest and so friendly! Jennifer was incredible and really helped me feel at ease as a solo traveler! Will definitely be back.

We love it

We loved our three night stay, our room was huge with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. The complimentary Tuk Tuk ride into the night market and happy hour cocktails were an added bonus. Highly recommend this boutique style hotel.

Staff were very attentive, pool was lovely and breakfast was great with a good selection of food.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Wonderful stay. Very clean rooms and immaculate gardens. Food was great also. The staff make this hotel. They really looked after us. Organised our tours and tried to teach us Cambodian! Loved our stay. Definitely recommend and would love to return. Thank you everyone at Metta.

Lovely hotel and spa to stay at when visiting siem reap. They include a free tuktuk to the old town per day. Staff were friendly and packed us breakfast when we had early tours!
