Excellent hotel

Tim the piano man was excellent, it would be good if the coffee shop could serve savoury snacks, breakfast was excellent but could be quieter, the staff through out the hotel were wonderful, would happily stay there again😊

Excellent stay

The front desk staff were extremely helpful! Our rooms were unexpectedly upgraded and beautiful, and the view was incredible. We needed a quick turn-around on laundry service and with limited time the hotel’s laundry service wasn’t an option. The concierge helped arrange an outside service that was able to meet our timeline. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The hotel is connected to the MBK Mall which is shoppers paradise.

Great hotel right in the centre of Bangkok’s mall shopping district. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we got a discounted upgrade at arrival which was nice. Hotel itself was great - clean and spacious rooms, wonderful skyline views, large pool and jacuzzi’s, brilliant food (both breakfast buffet and room service were excellent). Very happy and would recommend this to everyone!

Excellent hotel in great location.

My husband and I stayed at Pathumwan Princess hotel for 13 nights on our recent visit to Bangkok, and it was an excellent stay. The hotel is excellently situated, it has direct access to the MBK mall on the ground and 2nd floors, thus letting us avoid the heat and humidity of Bangkok. The National Stadium BTS station is just a 10 min walk through MBK. From there, it’s just a quick and easy ride to the major tourist attractions and the other major BKK malls. About the hotel itself, it is a very nice place. The common areas are very modern and clean. We very much enjoyed daily breakfast at Citi Bistro restaurant every morning. There was an excellent variety of Asian and Western foods, from Asian rice porridge to French croissants, hot soy milk to Latte coffee. And they changed the variety every day. As part of the package we had, my husband and I had daily access to the club lounge. We took the opportunity to relax there every evening, to enjoy the hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and other spirits. The service and attention were of the best quality. We had the one bedroom premier suite king, and we loved it. We had butler service daily. The minibar was replenished daily. The room was very spacious with soundproof windows. The bathroom was pretty large with a tub for relaxing. And we loved the sitting area. It was an excellent place away from home. My husband and I completely enjoyed our stay at Pathumwan Princess hotel, and hight recommend it. We definitively would stay there again.
