Went with family with teen boys and 6yr old. The resort is very accommodating and friendly for the whole family. Variety of food and fresh fruits and the restaurants do not need RSVP. Wait time did run long during peak hours 7-8pm, but they do not rush you when you’re eating. There are a lot of pools and daily activities as well as a nightly show at 9pm each night. Pros: -good for families - friendly staff - daily activities & amenities - Food was flavored and varied daily. We loved all the restaurants and buffet - Gym was nice and clean and had a lot of machines and weights ( there is a peloton bike , but you need your clip on shoes) Cons - good thing was the clothes line in the shower, but it stayed wet being there is no ventilation there. - not a big deal, but they do not serve food beach side- only drinks. If you want, you can purchase a cabana and have a waiter all day instead Overall, this was a nice resort and not much bad thing about it. We will mostly come back.

Pool, bar, staff, food all was good

The hotel was perfect for traveling with a 62 year old (for her bday) and a 5 year old. It was the perfect amount of luxury and kid appropriate. Especially the preferred area. Staff was wonderful and helpful in all ways. Genuinely enjoyed our stay !!!

The staff is friendly and the Kids Explorer program is a great amenity for families. However, the resort itself feels outdated, the food is mediocre, and our room wasn’t ready until more than an hour after the scheduled check in time. Compared to other resorts in PUJ, there is definitely room for improvement

The resort was great! We had a great time and the butler was amazing’ I didn’t give a 5 star because I felt the food was good but not excellent, same variety because I think it could be better. Unfortunately we were turned away from a restaurant way before closing time and at another time we were rushed during dinner (Mexican restaurant). Make sure to have lunch early so you can have dinner at least 1 hour before closing (10pm). Preferred is worth the money. Love the preferred lounge and their attention to details.

Nos encantó este Resort y más si viajas en familia. Tiene de todo y aunque es bastante grande lo puedes recorrer caminando y todo te queda accesible. La habitación muy bonita y limpia. No tengo ninguna queja de este Hotel.

Overall I really enjoyed the hospitality. The food is very subpar. They also could do a better job cleaning the pool as I consistently had to give feedback on an algae build up.

Very clean room and friendly staff. Would recommend. Looking forward to going again when there is no seaweed.
