Staff were great, very helpful and accommodating. Pool area was nice. It is a long walk to the beach with no ramp to access beach (only stairs) so if you need that, probably not the best choice. The hotel was well worth the cost (cheaper than nearby hotels). My only complaint was the rooms were not cleaned well. For example, the bottoms of my feet turned almost black if I walked on the carpet without shoes. I spilled soda (Sprite) on the bathroom floor. When cleaning it up, the paper towels became very brown due to dirt build up on floor. The restaurant food was not great and expensive, but we did not eat there more than once. Gift shop is nice. Again, well worth the price but would probably try a different (and more expensive) hotel in future.
