Hotel and grounds were eh but the room was clean and the bed/linens were super cool comfortable and it was very quiet.

The place was not kept clean and in fact we ended up with bed bugs which we are now going about treating. The place needs a complete overhail.

My stay here is Always great!!

The hotel is in poor condition; it is very old, and the facilities are too. The carpets are old and dirty.

They enjoyed the stay.

Overall it was clean and quiet. Yes a few minor blemishes but nothing outrageous.

Great place to stay and affordable.

My toilet was leaking from the tank to bowl which made it flush every 20 mins. I had to shut the bathroom door to sleep. No hot breakfast options outside of toast and bagels. Tv was not a smart tv and was a 28in. Cable barely worked and was scratchy when it did. My body wash was empty when I arrived and was not refilled the whole time I was there. AC did not work adequately. Multiple massive burn holes in the carpet. Rusty tub. Was just overall not great. In fact it was next to as terrible as it could be if not for a comfortable bed.

Be nice and help the elderly get their luggage to their rooms. No one else will. The hotel is only two floors but the way it’s set up you have to use stairs after you exit the elevator to get to your room on the second floor. People don’t realize this as they load the cart until they are on their way to their room and it’s sad to watch. Help your elders! I know the hotel should just book them on the first floor to avoid this, but these people do not care. They already have your money and whether or not you can move your luggage is not their problem. I, however, do have a problem with them booking two 80+ year old women watching them struggle to unload their car and sitting behind a desk knowing full well they can’t get the cart upstairs after they get off the elevator. Weirdest setup ever. Don’t depend on room numbers to tell you where you’re located. A 400 numbered room could be located on either of the TWO floors. If you’re in a wheelchair, call them out!!! You will be glad you did and ask for a refund if necessary. You are not an inconvenience and you have a right to have a room that is accessible. They are overly concerned with local squatter laws which dictates how rooms are assigned, whether you have to move during your stay, etc. I will admit I only stayed here because of the price, and my local Days Inn is pretty nice even though I don’t like the the way the rooms can be entered directly from the parking lot. This place needs to be stripped of the name.

Don’t tip for extra towels, we did and still only received one set, you have to go to the front desk and beg for more. We spent 3 weeks and never has service been more hostile. This is not indicative of the Wyndham brand. Do not expect to be greeted, do not expect carpets to be clean, do not expect replenished breakfast supplies. If you don’t get there as soon as they serve, you will be told, “sorry, we’re busy today”. It takes about 10-15 guests to wipe them out. The last 4 days were spent without creamer. Not a huge deal but in an attempt to cut back on the amount of coffee used, think of all the cups that were wasted/trashed when people poured and realized there was no cream. Found a reasonable work around of a little bit of hot chocolate and milk to give it flavor but they took that away after the first day as well. There is no pool, no real fitness center—you have to go to the front desk and be made to feel like you are committing an unspeakable crime by interrupting their online time. Never have I ever experienced such rude staff. I thought it was personal but I observed the way management interacted with several guests and it was not pleasant. The overnight parking of the 18-wheelers that block the parking lot is ridiculous, be careful pulling in. I don’t like moving once I get settled hence the long stay but I regretted it every single day. This is a run down extended stay. If you stay more than 2 days you will be told you have to move rooms due to local laws. Sad!!
