I stayed here for a work trip and was very disappointed. The room looked nothing like the photos online. It felt old, run-down, and honestly unsanitary. The bed was broken on one side and slumped down whenever you laid on it, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom floors were dirty, the carpet was stained, and the paint on the walls was chipped and peeling. The biggest concern was finding hair on the pillows, which made us question how well the room had been cleaned before we arrived. I was so uncomfortable with the cleanliness that I slept on a towel I had in my car because I didn’t want to sleep directly on the sheets. We ended up checking out a full day early and didn’t even stay for our second night because we no longer felt comfortable staying there. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well maintained, and it was nowhere close to what was advertised. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

The staff were helpful and the room was clean.

I love the Hot tub option! I love the views from the ridge. The staff are warm and friendly. I got stranded with out a car and they were very accommodating!

The place exceeded expectations

Room… surfaces in bedroom were not clean. There were only two towels, one washcloth, and one hand towel to accommodate 4 people… luckily we only had two. Chair seat in bedroom was soiled to say the least. Sheets didn’t fit mattresses at all
