The bathroom had a sewer oder, the microwave and refrigerator were located in an inconvenient place, and the TV wasn’t working. I had to call the desk to tell them the cable wasn’t turned on. There were many smokers near the door and the smell permeated into my room.

Excellent stay for visiting family and sightseeing in Washington D.C. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and it was a nice, convenient location. A great value for what you pay.

Stayed here 4 nights while visiting relatives in Ashburn. Excellent location to shopping and grocery. Near train into DC. Breakfast was great! The room was "eh" The carpet gave me an unclean feeling, but I liked the fluffy pillows. I didn't like the motel style setting, but at least the parking was right in front of our room. Will stay here again because of the good location and good rates.

We had to wait too much at the airport for the shuttle which belonged to a nearby hotel. We needed the shuttle at 4 AM to return to the airport, which then was the hotel’s shuttle, but we were offered a snack for breakfast when we checked in the night before, and there was no one in the morning to give us anything. The area was awful.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport. But it’s more like a motel with the doors opening to the outside and we were on the second floor- lugging our suitcases upstairs at 1AM. No elevator. Cheap, convenience, and clean.
