There was no hot tub. The pool was large and fine, but it would be nice to have a hot tub. The parking is awful. If you drive a compact car, you will be fine, but if you come with a small suv or anything larger, just plan on letting your passengers out of the car before you park. You may struggle to get out of your car once parked.

Fantástico
Check-in and check-out process js seamless and smooth. Front desk staffs are friendly. Parking garage is small, and spaces are tight. Good location though with reasonable parking fee considering how close to downtown. The indoor pool temperature could be a bit warmer during non-summer months. Amenities are okay. But it is an older property though. No daily housekeeping which is becoming more common nowadays.

Fantástico
Had a great stay. They gave me the corner suite on the top floor, that had a great view of the city. Nice staff. Very polite and cke ked me in and out quickly. Will be staying there again on all future trips

Fantástico
The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly & welcoming. Richard at the front desk made us feel like part of the family. Alex was also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place as it’s very conveniently located to many wonderful places like downtown, the art museum, old port etc.

Fantástico
Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was nice with very comfortable beds and nice soft sheets! We stayed on the top floor and loved being able to look out on the bay. No free breakfast which was fine because there was so many places to eat very close like a few minutes walk. We did eat dinner at the Local Toast one night and all enjoyed it! Good cocktails too! Best of all was how walkable everything was, we walked to all the things, nothing took more then maybe a 20 minute walk, and such a nice area! Shuttle to and from airport was very appreciated too.

Fantástico
Excellent location, great view of the bay, just ask for higher floor, room is decent size for two people, complimentary drinking water, just bring your own bottle. The hotel restaurant is good.

Estupendo
Easy parking out front for check in but parking garage is terribly tight, hard to park anything bigger than a compact car. All staff were very friendly, great for recommendations and local directions (especially Richard up front!) Breakfast was excellent, many options, gentleman at the omelette station gets 5 stars, incredible omelettes and super friendly. Room a little dingy but clean, cleaning staff did great job. Poor water pressure in shower but hot water. Hotel shuttle offered but never seemed to be available for airport to local drop-off. Easy walking to harbor though, plenty of places around to eat and shop. Appreciated the free water & coffee daily.

The room we stayed in the toilet was making noise( leaking/flushing) and the hand soap dispenser on the wall next to the sink was empty. Notify the front desk at checkout.
